About
Raison d’Être brings together people, partners, and disciplines that do not usually work inside the same structure.
This session looks at how Ode is organizing that complexity through two systems already in use: the Hash Table, the core team responsible for shaping and running the experience, and the Partner Network, which helps identify and develop relationships with brands, spaces, institutions, and collaborators.
We’ll look at how responsibilities are divided, how different disciplines are coordinated around one experience, and what Raison is revealing about the kind of organizational structure Ode may need for future Experiences, Labs, and commissioned work.
I’ll also share an early idea I’m considering for what could come next: a more formal specialist network across Ode’s eight senses.
What we’ll explore
How the Hash Table is structured and what each role owns
How the Partner Network supports sourcing and collaboration
How specialists and external partners move into active project work
Where coordination becomes difficult across disciplines
What parts of the Raison structure could become reusable across future Ode projects
What a future specialist network across the 8 Senses could look like
Where Paid members and Patrons may be able to participate in future organizing, contributor, or specialist roles
